What this concept is — and is not.
An initiative visual-system concept prepared by Kikkey to show how A.H. Lundberg Systems could look on the web, in technical documents and in presentations. It was not commissioned, reviewed or approved by AHLS.
This concept is
- A preliminary visual system built on the existing AHLS logo, colours (#235835, #00965F, black, white) and Verdana.
- Three connected applications: a homepage with one system page, a Wet ESP technical data sheet (DOCX), and a three-slide presentation system (PPTX).
- Built only from statements published on ahlundberg.com, each linked to its source.
This concept is not
- A delivered project, an AHLS-approved design or an endorsement by AHLS.
- Engineering documentation: schematics are conceptual and must be verified by AHLS engineering.
- A source of new facts: no clients, performance data, certifications, awards or testimonials were invented. The case-study slide is an explicitly labelled demonstration layout.
Client documents
The brief refers to four AHLS documents — Revised Scope of Work, Brand Guide, Engineering Communication Standard and LinkedIn Playbook. They were not available when this concept was made and have not been read. Brand values used here (colours, Verdana, logo and diagram rules) come from the written brief.
To confirm from the Brand Guide: exact colour values and their tints, logo clear space and minimum size, a reversed (dark-background) logo master, secondary typeface rules if any, and the engineering communication standard for diagrams.
Working assumptions
- Colour. The raster logo on ahlundberg.com samples at about #279967 / #386043; the brief specifies #00965F / #235835. The brief’s values are used for design tokens; the logo file is used unchanged.
- Logo. Only a light-background logo is available, so the logo appears on white only. A vector master would replace the 1916 px PNG.
- Anniversary blue. #1E74A0 belongs to the 70th-anniversary logo and is not used.
- Paper size. The data sheet uses US Letter, the common format in Canada.
- Verdana on Android. Verdana is not installed on Android; the fallback is DejaVu Sans or the system sans-serif.
